Insight into the Opportunity:
This position will see you working within our contracts team in close proximity to our Projects, Site Managers and Estimators.Â
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for developing, interpreting, reviewing, negotiating and managing contracts on behalf of the organisation. The role will assist in the commercial management of ongoing projects, ensuring that all parties fulfil the particular directives and standards defined in our contracts, as well as ensuring that all contracts abide by local and federal laws.
Your Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Supervisors, you will play a key part in ensuring the success of our projects through strong communication, technical proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail during the delivery of the project.
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning and implementation of multiple projects
- Maintain a strong focus on safety & ensure procedures are always followed.
- Resolve technical issues on site.
- Oversee on-site activities & supervise specialist sub-contractors
- Complete QA – ITP’s, method statements, etc.
- Maintain daily site records.
- Report to senior management on project progress
To Succeed
- Relevant Engineering degree
- Demonstrated history as a Site Engineer
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven and enthusiastic with a positive, hands-on attitude to project delivery;
- Ability to determine priorities and manage work accordingly
