Works included removal of above ground structures, including all hardstands, structural slabs and asphalt, as well as dismantling of a large shed and removal of  asbestos containing stormwater pipes and an underground overflow tank. Additionally, DEMEX completed earthworks that included a cut and fill of the site and battering of earth surrounding the retaining walls, in addition to placement of a capping layer comprised of 150 mm gravel.
