The project involved structural demolition of 12 buildings, asbestos removal, and remediation works. The location of the project site over a live rail corridor created a challenging project environment. In particular, this was demonstrated in completion of a technically complex crane lift of a 7.5 metre deconstructed advertising billboard over the Inner City Bypass, a busy inner Brisbane thoroughfare.

Project Scope
The project involved structural demolition of 12 buildings, asbestos removal, and remediation works. Two 30 tonne excavators fitted with various attachments were used
to deconstruct each building and separate materials to meet project environmental requirements.
