Demolition begins to clear site for $111-million tower at Gold Coast’s Northcliffe

The old Pacific Towers building is the latest, with demolition work making way for the $111 million beachfront Northcliffe Residences.
Yatala-based demolition company Demex began preparations to “pulverise” the old building about two weeks ago.
