Training is Gaining: Demex invest in upskilling

The DEMEX leadership team strongly believes in investing in our staff. Recently, our Hazardous Material Removal Team participated in an extensive training program. As a result, all members of the Hazardous Materials Removal Team are now, as a minimum, licensed A Class Asbestos Removal Supervisors with Confined Spaces Worker tickets and High Risk Work Licenses for the operation of Elevated Work Platform’s greater than 11m. DEMEX maintains a strong commitment to first aid training, with 90% of all full time site personnel trained in the provision of first aid and CPR.

This continued investment in our staff further adds to the diverse skillset of our team allowing DEMEX to manage complex projects with in-house resources without the reliance on utilising external subcontractors.
