Project Scope
The scope of works undertaken for the Coles supermarket expansion project included the demolition, removal, and disposal of tenancies (including a significant amount of concrete slab) and external structures (awnings) to allow for redevelopment of the complex.
Project Highlights
All works were undertaken during the busy pre-Christmas December period while the shopping centre remained fully operational. Night works were required for the removal of major structures.
