Travel often precludes contractors from working in regions beyond the immediate proximity of their location, but our capacity to mobilising our team – and our 29 metre high reach demolition excavator – was a compelling proposition for Cairns City Council. We transported the excavator to Cairns and supplemented our own fleet with local contractors and equipment, while managing effective ongoing stakeholder relationships for the duration of the project.
