The scope of work revolved around the Demolition of the 14 storey residence in a high density area using the 62T high reach excavator. Scaffolding was used to manage risk of falling debris in conjunction with materials and man hoist for efficient erection of the scaffold.

The High pedestrian traffic area required additional pedestrian and traffic management to coordinate safe works within Council and health and safety requirements. Dust monitoring and control was a priority due to beachfront location of the project.

Works were carried out on the boarder of Queensland and NEW South Wales during challenging covid boarder restrictions.
